Overlapping side vents open to allow arm use and customizable temperature control, and the Snorkel Hood controls frost created by breath and eliminates warmth-sapping cross drafts. The top of the Polar Ranger is lined with ThermaCapture Lining to trap radiant body heat and retain warmth without adding bulk or weight. Designed with Zoned Insulation, it maximizes warmth and saves weight by intentionally placing fill where you need it most; using 60 percent of the fill on top and 40 percent on the bottom.
