Sm’D is a D-shaped locking carabiner that is lightweight, and compact, and can be used in numerous situations; it is easy to manipulate, even when wearing gloves, and is available in two locking system versions.
INTENDED USE: The Sm’D carabiner is a versatile shape that guarantees efficiency in any situation, like connecting a belay system to a pulley or lanyard.
SIZE AND STRENGTH: This midsize carabiner (20 mm gate) is very lightweight (46 or 51 grams depending on style) and has a major axis strength of 23kN.
EASY TO USE: The D-shape offers good handling and the H-shaped profile is designed to offer better grip with gloves on.
LOCKING SYSTEMS: Choose between two locking systems: Screw-Lock for occasional use or dirty environments or Twist-Lock for quick opening and when connecting a GRIGRI.
