How to Set Up Your Peleton Bike Shoe Cleats

It’s important your cleats are properly attached to get the smoothest and safest ride possible.

First, position each cleat over the three screw holes on the bottom of your shoes.

Set the washers into the recesses of the cleats and place a screw into each screw hole. Wait to tighten.

Cleats to face forward and in line with the toe, straight on the line from heel to toe. Make sure to set the middle of the cleat across the ball of the foot on the shoe.

Using the 4-millimeter hex key that came with your bike, tighten the screws to securely attach them to your shoes.
