How to assemble the hiking sticks ? ( You can see our using video on this link )

Please open the fliplock on the top.
Use some strength to pull the section 3 until the hidden button is out.
When the hidden button completely pops up, it is above the level of the hiking pole.
Then please adjust the hiking poles for women & men to the proper length.
Fianlly tighten the screw and close the fliplock to fix it.
Before use, please check if the trekking pole is sturdy.

Note: If the hidden buttion is not completely out, the walking poles will keep coming apart.
