Unzip any large game animal in seconds with the industry’s largest, resharpenable, integrated gut hook that won’t clog with hair.

The Long Blade Is A Regular Knife Blade: Use the sharp tip to make the first cut through the hide over the sternum in the same direction the hair is laying.

Zip Blade – Gut Hook: After the initial cut, tip the knife back to pick up the hide with the long blade. Optionally, put on the Torq Assist, covering the knifepoint to prevent cutting the intestines.

Pelvic Bone Cutting: Place the Torq Assist on the long blade, cut from top to bottom with the Torq Assist groove on the pelvic ridgeline. Use a levering action. Cuts the sternum bone too!
