how to pair it? (for 1dog)

1. Please make sure to turn on remote and turn off receiver. (Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off)

2. Use the remote to select “DOG1” switch, the LCD screen will display “1”.

3. Long press power on/off button on the receiver for 4-5 seconds, the red & green lights will flash alternately 3-4 times, then please remove your hand from the power on/off button of the receiver to the remote.

4. Press and hold the beep mode and vibration beep mode button of the remote at the same time for 2-3 seconds, the green light on the receiver will blink for 5 times indicating successful pairing.

Note:

1. We have paired them on “dog 1” before leaving the factory, which means you can just press the power on button to turn on the receiver, then press the remote’s mode button to use.

2. If there is just no power, there is no need to re-pair after charging.

Question: my pet does not respond when i press a button

Answer:

1. Make sure the receiver collar has been turned on.

(If your range has reduced from the first time you used the remote training collar, the battery may be low in either the remote or receiver collar.)

2. Terrain,weather,vegetation,transmission from other radio devices and many other factors can impact the amount of range you have with the unit.

3. Test the receiver collar, refer to “How to use the Test lamp” for more detail on the manual.

*Increase the shock level, refer to “Find the best shock level for your pet” for more information on the manual.

*Make sure the receiver collar’s contact points are placed snugly against your pet’s skin, refer to “Collar fitting” for more information on the manual.

Question: i turn on the receiver and remote, press the button on the remote, no light flash on the receiver

Answer:

1. Make sure you have not select the channel dog 2, which is not be paired before. If you want to pair it, please follow the above steps “How to pair it”.

2. If you can’t use the remote directly after turning on the receiver on the channel dog 1, you may need to pair it again, please also follow the above steps “How to pair it”.

3. After pressing the power on button of the receiver for a long time until the red and blue lights alternately flashes, please press the remote’s button in time. (Once the red and blue lights stop flashing and you have not yet paired the remote, you will be unable to pair at that time. )

4. Please turn off the receiver and restart it again to pair. (Pairing to remote can only be done at the time of the red and blue lights alternate flash on the receiver.)
