Tips

1. While you bleed the brakes, be sure to prevent the likelihood of air entering the system by keeping the reservoir full of fluid.

2. The fluid level in the brake oil pot should not exceed the oil outlet of the oil filling tank. Turn on the oil filling tank switch.

3. Remove the dust cap on the bleeder screw, putting the universal rubber adapter on the brake nipple to connect the bleeder kit with the caliper. Then release the screw with a wrench.

4. When the old brake fluid is exhausted, the oil drain screw must be tightened before removing the rubber pipe from the brake nipple. Do not remove the rubber pipe without tightening the oil drain screw, so that the air will enter the brake cylinder.

5. Brake fluid is highly corrosive. You must be sure to contain it as much as possible and never let it come in contact with your paint or skin.

Vacuum bleeding is an easy one-person job where you attach a pump to the open bleeder screw and pull old fluid and air out of the braking system and into a container that’s part of the vacuum bleeder kit.

There’s no waiting for the fluid to flow out on its own (gravity), no stop-and-start with another person (manual) and no need to be at the brake fluid reservoir rather than at the bleeder (pressure). There’s also very little cleanup time involved. The vacuum method with a kit is by far the quickest, easiest and cleanest approach to bleeding your brakes.

Operation

Step 1：

Insert the other end of the Extract Tube into the master cylinder fluid reservoir, then turn the Air Valve on, and extract the old fluid.

Step 2：

Fix the bottle on the vehicle brake fluid reservoir and open the valve. Brake fluid will begin to flow from the replenishment bottle.

Step 3：

Determine the correct brake bleeding sequence from your vehicle’s service manual. Attach the Rubber Fitting over the nipple of the bleed screw at the first cylinder to be bled.

Step 4：

Connect compressed air 70 psi (4.8 bar) to 170 psi (11.6 bar) by the nipple attached to the Air Valve. Use the box-end wrench, loosen/open the bleed screw, then turning the Air Valve and bleed until fluid runs clear and free of bubbles.
